The challenge of improving on the multi award-winning Reiki Audio SuperSwitch was always going to be immense. Since its launch in 2023, the SuperSwitch has benefited incrementally from our ongoing R&D progamme and from enthusiastic customer feedback and suggestions; improvements include the addition of a grounding post, an increase in chassis thickness from 3mm to 5mm and a respacing of the rear ports to better accommodate larger ethernet cables on the input side. None of these incremental changes have given rise to a v2 designation; incremental improvement is just the way we roll.
The SuperSwitch X and its accompanying Pro X PSU represent more than an incremental change, even though the circuitry at their heart remains as exceptional as ever:
As the Roman numeral X suggests, the case has doubled in thickness from 5mm to 10mm, providing even greater rigidity, almost double the weight and even better shielding from radiated RFI
the SuperSwitch X’s high performance circuitry is encased in a non-conductive resin for further suppression of micro-vibrations
High quality aluminium/silicone feet further aid vibration control and stability (4 on the Pro X and 3 on the SuperSwitch X with provision for installation of 4 if a customer wishes)
as the result of an exciting new partnership with Stack Audio, we are now able to offer an upgrade to a specially commissioned threaded version of the excellent Auva EQ isolators.
The 3-port model is intended only for those requiring the additional output port; It is not a performance upgrade to the 2-port as it is identical inside. Indeed the 3-port is unlikely to sound as good as the 2-port if the additional port is left open, so unless you need the additional connectivity offered, please purchase a single output (2-port) SuperSwitch X.

Pro X: a similarly upgraded version of our superb fully linear PRO PSU with a matching 10mm thick case, the same footer options, and a 25% larger Audio Grade transformer. The class-leading low impedance design using high quality components to provide the SuperSwitch X with stable, clean, low ripple, low noise DC power to release its true potential. Echoing the Superswitch X’s superb aesthetics, our fully linear Pro X combines class-leading custom-designed low noise circuitry with classic Reiki Audio attention to detail including a beautiful milled aluminium case and no LED’s. The Pro X’s 10mm aluminium top plate perfectly accommodates the Superswitch X; together with the copper-lined 10mm aluminium base plate of the Superswitch X, there is therefore one layer of copper and 20mm of aluminium isolating the Superswitch X circuitry from the PSU’s circuitry and transformer.

The Reiki Audio Pro X PSU does not, as standard, come with a power cable as most audiophiles prefer to use a cable of their own choice.
