SuperHub

Drawing heavily on the design of our multi award-winning Reiki Audio SuperSwitch, the new SuperHub is technically not a hub but a 7-port dual-shielded audiophile network switch. Optimised for multi-channel audio and home cinema systems using DANTE (Digital Audio Network Through Ethernet), the SuperHub is available in Plus and PRO models, the latter including our fabulous fully linear PRO PSU.

The SuperHub allows owners of multi-channel audio/AV/home cinema systems using DANTE to optimise their sound and video quality through similar noise reduction measures to the 2-port SuperSwitch. It is slightly more expensive than the 2-port due to smaller batch sizes for case production.

Use case: multi-channel setups are typically highly customised making SuperHub deployments more diverse than for stereo sound. One example instalation uses the SuperHub to hook up a Trinnov AltitudeCI to a bank of five Amplitude amps, one per channel, using high quality low noise ethernet cables such as our RakuStream.

The SuperHub is available in 2 levels.

Plus: with ultra low noise iFi iPower2 PSU. With a slot in “tip” to suit your country/region. We will send the iFi slot-in tip suitable for the country of your shipping address unless you tell us otherwise.

PRO: with custom-designed fully linear PRO PSU for enhanced performance. We commissioned a master of the craft to design the internals of our PRO PSU, a class-leading low impedance design using high quality components to provide the Superswitch with stable, clean, low ripple, low noise DC power to release the true potential of your SuperHub. Echoing the SuperHub’s superb aesthetics, our PRO PSU combines class-leading custom-designed low noise circuitry with classic Reiki Audio attention to detail including a beautiful milled aluminium case and no LED’s. The PRO PSU’s 5mm aluminium top plate perfectly accommodates the SuperHub; together with the copper-lined 5mm aluminium base plate of the SuperHub, there is therefore one layer of copper and 10mm of aluminium isolating the SuperHub circuitry from the PSU’s circuitry and transformer.

The Reiki Audio PRO PSU does not, as standard, come with a power cable as most audiophiles prefer to use a cable of their own choice.
